We want you to absolutely love using Tafil. If Tafil does not fit into your second brain capture workflow, or if you are unsatisfied with the Software for any reason, we offer a straightforward, developer-honest refund policy.
1. The 14-Day Guarantee
You can request a full refund within **14 days** of your original purchase date. No complex forms, no awkward questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send a brief email to support@sodaclick.com with the following details:
- The email address you used during checkout
- Your purchase receipt number or license key
Once we receive your email, we will process your refund via our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) within **2 business days**. Refunds usually appear back on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
3. Licensing Status Post-Refund
Upon the issuance of a refund, your license key will be permanently deactivated. Any active, running Software installations tied to that key will stop receiving updates and will transition to unlicensed mode.
4. Exceptional Abuse Protection
To prevent fraud and abuse of this policy, we reserve the right to decline refund requests from users who repeatedly purchase and refund the Software multiple times.
